Pub Mania 2011 - $ 110,700!!
On December 8th & 9th, Patrick's hosted their 3rd Pub Mania, a 24-Hour Barstool Challenge, to raise money for the WLNH Children's Auction. 29 Teams and 696 'Culinary Athletes' participated in the truly special event. RE/MAX Bayside's Team, The Red Nose Reindeers, had a blast being part of this great cause, raising almost $3,000! Overall, Pub Mania raised $110,700 for the WLNH Children's Auction. With this contribution, the Children's Auction raised a record $331,410. WAY TO GO!!!

Making Strides Walk ~ Sunday, Oct 2nd
The RE/MAX BAYSIDE MEREDITH MIRACLES walked in Laconia, on a rainy October 2nd for "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer". We are happy to report that our walking team was a combined effort between owners, agents, staff and their families. This year's event celebrated the lives of 70 survivors and had over 700 participants, raising a total of $125,000! THE 16TH ANNUAL LAKES REGION FESTIVAL OF TREES
The 16th Annual Lakes Region Festival of Trees took place Dec. 2nd - 5th. Sponsored by the Altrusa Club of Meredith, this event includes beautifully decorated Christmas trees, fine products made by local artisans, cookies and cider, and a special children's event, all benefitting local charities and community projects. This elegant tree was donated by RE/MAX Bayside and was auctioned off during the celebration.

As a proud sponsor, we donate a percentage of our commission to Boston's Children Hospital. This Donation is made IN YOUR NAME, whenever you buy or sell real estate with us. Together, we help hospitals help kids!
THANKSGIVING DONATIONS TO ST. VINCENT DE PAUL
In November of 2011 the owners, staff and agents of RE/MAX Bayside delivered 18 turkey to the Cociety of St. Vincent de Paul. Last year St. Vincent de Paul distributed approximately 450 Thanksgiving baskets to local families in need of assistance.
Each year RE/MAX Bayside is one of the local collection centers for this worthy charity in conjunction with the US Marine Corps and all the local volunteers who make this program such a success. We would like to sincerely thank each and every member of our community who generously donated to children in need throughout the Lakes Region.
Lakes Region Board of REALTORS Food Drive
This holiday season Remax Bayside, along with many other area offices was able to offer many thousands of dollars in food donations to local food pantries throughout the Lakes Region. This annual drive is sponsored by the Lakes Region Board of REALTORS Affiliates Committee.
